The 2022 Elddis Xplore 304 is a compact yet versatile 4-berth single-axle caravan that punches above its weight. It has a shipping (overall) length of ≈ 5.54 m (18′2″), internal length ~ 3.80 m (12′6″), and width ~ 2.18 m (7′2″). The MTPLM (maximum technically permissible laden mass) is 1,043 kg, giving a good payload for its class. The caravan’s layout includes an L-shaped front lounge that converts into a double bed, a side dinette/bench that turns into bunks via a drop-down bunk, plus an end washroom including shower, toilet and basin. For heating and hot-water, it uses a compact Whale system mounted under the van, which frees up internal storage space.
